Q1. Can I choose which department I work in?
A1. The placement is site based to enable students to maximise their application into a practical environment.The final 3 months is office based when you will be able to experience other disciplines within the business.

Q2. Can I choose the location that I work at?
A2. Students are placed within the region in which they are studying.

Q3. When can I expect to start work?
A3. Placements will run from July to June.

Q5. Does the placement offer a salary?
A5. Yes the company pays a competitive salary which is reviewed annually

Q6. How will I know that you are dealing with my application?
A7. All candidates that submit their application correctly will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not, please check you have completed all steps of the application process before contacting buildingfutures@blue-ridge.co.uk if there is still a problem.

Q8. What support will I receive during my placement?
A8. You will be allocated a mentor, have a site based line manager and will be part of an on-going development programme where you will be able to meet and get to know all the other under graduates from across the group.

Q9. How many Under Graduates are you recruiting in 2012?
A9. We will be recruiting 8 Undergraduates in 2012.
